Read full description of the books:
Winter shall fade is a collection of inspiring poems penned with spiritual and philosophical expressions. Being an admirer of art, I loved the cover page of the book which beautifully depicts how winter gently fades to spring.
Review of Part I – Poems by Simran Chandra
Simran Chandra is the daughter of Neelam Saxena Chandra. A student of class XII for whom poetry writing is a passion. She has beautifully expressed her poems with the help of various elements of nature. Her poems are spiritual as well as inspirational while some of them are intense and emotional.
She has very well described how life gets stuck in the dark times and how it can heal itself. I believe she would surely turn out to be an aspiring writer in the times to come.
Review of Part II – Poems by Neelam Saxena Chandra
Neelam Saxena Chandra is an engineer by profession who has been bestowed with several awards in the literary field. Her poems depict her love for spiritual and philosophical writings. She has kept them simple and easily understandable. Almost all the poems are concerned with the lessons of life expressed in the simplest manner. Her poems flowed freely.
On the whole, most of the poems justify the title of the book. I even liked the use of pictures along with the poems. A must read for those who likes reading spiritual and philosophical poetry.
